This is a really quick layout to do. It highlights a special photograph, and there’s space for quite a long title if you need it.

The journalling spot is one that I keep in my toolbox for any occasion. I have a selection set up in a file on my computer, designed to print on 8.5×11 Cardstock, so I can print out a number of different ones at once, straight onto 8.5×11 Kraft Bazzill, and cut them down. They fir inside a little business card holder from Paperchase and sit in my toolbox until I need one. Quick and Easy. The patterned paper meant I didn’t even need to create a title!

Details

To make white ink stand out on dark cardstock use embossing powder over the top. I can never find a really good white ink pad that’s opaque, so the good old embossing powder and heat come come in handy.

A great layout for event photos. Crop your photos down as small as possible to keep all the important bits, and lay them out to see how they will fit together. Do your stamping first to make sure it all fits!

Details

The large black dotted circle is made using a standard office hole punch and Blackbird cardstock. I put the punched out pieces through a mini xyron machine, and used a small plate to guide sticking them down.
